We have had so many issues with most of the windows and doors that Amazon have supplied and fitted. The upstairs windows let cold air through around the sides due to gaps around the windows and have caused many leaks in the roof below as the brick window ledges were removed during the new installation and not replaced, instead covered over the gap with a piece of plastic trim! Most of the handles are either loose or broken and now need replacing. Some window panes have blown. Cheap fittings that don’t last and shoddy workmanship. We don’t even bother trying to call them out as after care is non existent. Would never order again unfortunately.

We ordered one door and 7 windows. Everything fitted okay, the door wasn’t as ordered and they have ignored every attempt to contact them. I shall visit when available

I'm not satisfied with the window replacement done by this company. The bedroom windows won't open or close. You have to pull and push the handle to open them. There are gaps in the kitchen and living room, and you can feel the wind. I haven't been able to use the service for two weeks. The service was supposed to arrive today. I repeatedly mentioned that I'd be home after finishing work at 3:30 p.m., but when I called, they told me they were there at 2:00 p.m. They knew no one was home, so now I have to wait another week and ask for the windows they installed to be repaired. I preferred my old windows. I'm dissatisfied and don't recommend them.

Amazon Windows Ltd Hull has been the most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with. They have lied repeatedly, failed to turn up as promised, and significantly delayed our build. They left us in an unacceptable position — without windows for Christmas — despite taking payment upfront. Their 'promises' to resolve the issues were nothing but empty words. This blatant disregard for their customers breaches the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires services to be provided with reasonable care and skill. Amazon Windows Ltd has utterly failed to meet this standard. We trusted them to deliver, and they not only fell short but also caused immense stress and disruption to our lives. Avoid this company at all costs if you value honesty, professionalism, and quality service.

Came to do our windows and left the house a tip said they would come back the next week and didn’t so we called up again and they then said they could come the following Friday morning so we had a friend sit at the house all day and they didn’t show up until 2pm even though they had said they could only do a morning slot from 8-12 otherwise we would have been able to be there. Came to fix the leaky window and finish the window reveals which they had left a mess but still need a skim now before I can repaint. Took 2 weeks for them to get to this point.

Bit of a late review but would recommend Amazon windows to anyone. Measured our windows and came within a week and then replaced all of our windows (7) in 2 days with no mess at all even though it was really bad weather. Very friendly and nice people and very reasonably priced. Extremely happy, everything I requested they was happy to do with very quick availability 🙂 before and after picture of our house attached.
