Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. They were the most cost‑friendly provider we met, but the quality of the work is genuinely outstanding. Communication was excellent throughout, everything was clear, and the whole process felt really easy.They had our windows made incredibly quickly, and on installation day they fitted five windows and a door in a single day. The workmanship is excellent, really tidy installation, everything looks clean and precise, and they left hardly any trace they’d even been here. They cleaned up after themselves properly too.The team were friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. The windows feel great quality, the finish is spot‑on, and we’re really happy with the final result.We’d definitely recommend them, and we’re already planning to get the rest of our windows done with them in the future.

We recently had 7 Windows and a door installed by Affordable Quality Window and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the very beginning, when Eddie came to measure and discuss the options with us, the service was amazing. At no point did we feel pressured to buy from them, which was a refreshing change compared to other companies we spoke to. Eddie was extremely transparent about the pricing and even showed us a full breakdown of the costs — something other sellers told us they were not allowed to provide. That honesty really stood out and gave us confidence in the company. Nigel was also wonderful to deal with. He is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up changing the design on one of the windows during the process and it was never a problem at all. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The door we chose is absolutely stunning, and they also worked hard to give us a great price to help accommodate our needs. When it came to the installation, the experience was exceptional. I unfortunately didn’t catch the fitter’s name, but he was clearly a top-quality professional — extremely polite, respectful, and clearly very skilled at what he does. The windows look amazing. I would also really like to give special praise to the young apprentice who came with him — a lovely 16-year-old boy who was incredibly polite and hardworking. It was so nice to see someone so young already showing such a great work ethic. They took away all the old windows, worked efficiently, and left everything tidy. Overall, the whole team did an outstanding job and the quality of the work speaks for itself. I truly couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Affordable Quality Window to anyone looking for honest service, great prices, and excellent workmanship. The two fitters arrived at the appointed time eager to check that they had the order to fit my front door correct. Once confirmed they wasted no time in starting work and were efficient and polite at all times. Once the job was nearly done one added the finishing touches the door while the other started clearing up. When done my home was clean and tidy when they left. I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The service was outstanding from coming in to do the quotation to having the door fitted. Thank you Nigel for making sure that the door, door handles and the post box were perfect. We will definately use Affordable quality windows for our next project. Well done on a good job.

We had a new front door and replacement window with Nigel and his team. From Eddie's initial visit right through to fitting, we received fantastic service. The fitters themselves were professional and cleaned up when they were finished, nothing was too much trouble. We wouldn't hesitate to call on them again and will recommend them to others.
