Good buying experience let down by lack of aftercare when our roman blinds need new fittings with associated re setting up of string lengths. Pointed me to Dunelm for fittings and then I had to become a blind stringing expert, which I did.

Great products at great prices. Excellent service - knowledgeable and non pushy sales people , quick and clean fitting and easy to deal with , helpful and friendly staff. Have used repeatedly over the years for all sorts of blinds and properties and always a first class service. Highly recommend this company. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Choosing was made simple, loads of choices, colours, widths, wood, metal or composite. Fast production and installation. All in all from start to finish was no fuss. Absolutely love how classy my livingroom now looks with my new blinds. Definitely recommend.

We visited Aberdeen Blinds without an appointment, we were seen quickly, allowed to view some samples, and a meeting was arranged to measure up. Whilst they did not stock the in-window, day night blinds we were originally looking for we found an alternative which were manufactured and fitted less than four weeks after being measured. Overall a good experience.

Very disappointing experience with Aberdeen Blind Company (Esslemont Avenue).The staff member who came to measure gave incorrect advice and ordered one blind that wasn’t fit for purpose. My order was delayed for weeks with no communication or apology. When fitted, one blind didn’t work properly. The fitter was very pleasant and professional, but the manager, Steven, was rude and dismissive, repeatedly insisting there was no fault and that I was wrong—yet he was the one who came back at a later date to fix it. There was no apology for this or for the inconvenience. I do not recommend this company and advise others to look elsewhere.
