Had a full window and door replacement on my property with A One, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Mark and his excellent team were thorough, honest and helpful throught the installation. I can tell they take great care in their work, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was to the highest standard. I love my new windows and will definitely be a repeat customer for future work.

Very pleased! Professional service from start to finish. Excellent quality windows and a fantastic team of knowledgeable tradesmen. No mess, they used dust sheets even on the stairs and no damage to paintwork internally. Highly recommended!

Mark and the team were brilliant from start to finish! Not the easiest of jobs replacing all the windows in a 1930s house, but they did a great job. Having had several quotations, they were very competitive, completed the job in good time, especially given the heatwave this week. Would 100% recommend and definitely use again in future!

This is the second time i have used A One home improvements, both times i have found James and his team delightful to work with. This time we had a new patio door and a kitchen window. James knew exactly what i was looking for from what i described and he didnt try and sell me something i really didnt need just to get extra money, he is a honest, and helpful man and got me the look i wanted at a fair price. Once again, i cant fault the fitting team. All very professional from start to finish, they cleaned the window and doors after, and all the old fittings was taken away, so no mess for me to clean up. Lastly, the product. I LOVE them. Just as fabulous as the first job of front windows and front door. Look gorgeous and quality products. Thats why i went back to James the second time for this job. It wasn't the cheapest but it certainly wasn't the most expensive, but you get what you pay for and A one home improvements is worth every penny. I would highly recommend this company for anyone that is thinking about replacing doors/windows, well done James and everyone else in the team.

Excellent service from start to finish. Will be using again when we do the back of the house. Mark gave us an estimate for the work with none of the usual big sales pitch. Fitters were with us for 2 days and explained what they were doing throughout. Left everything clean and tidy when they had finished. Couldn't be more pleased with the service.

Had Mark and his team in to put a lightweight tile roof on our conservatory, and to install new windows and French doors. From the start Mark was honest and straight forward to deal with, which was refreshing compared to sales heavy techniques of others we had quote for the job. We are delighted with the results, it's been transformative and has given us an extra usable room. All the workers were polite and took pride in the work being done. They were always on time, starting early which meant the project started at completed on time. Wouldn't hesitate to have Mark do further work for us in the future, couldn't recommend highly enough.

From the beginning, our experience of A One Home Improvements has been fantastic. The initial consultation with James was relaxed but professional. The price he gave us was very competitive and we agreed the work to be done. Yesterday we had our French doors fitted by Matthew and Morgan. Their polite and courteous attitude and care for our property, immediately put us at ease. The workmanship of these boys is what has really impressed though. It really is outstanding, has really transformed our house, and we are absolutely delighted with it. After the job was completed, they took everything away and cleaned up. Very impressed.
