I recently had all my windows replaced by this company and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the first quote through to the final installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The team arrived on time, were friendly and respectful, and kept everything clean and tidy throughout the job. You can tell they take pride in their work — the finish is spot on and the quality of the windows is excellent. What really stood out was the attention to detail and how smoothly the whole process went. They talked me through everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely happy before leaving. The house already feels warmer, quieter, and looks so much better from the outside. I’ve had a few neighbours ask who did the work, which says it all. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality window installation. Brilliant service from start to finish.

I had an issue with one of my windows which had been fitted by Windows By Wise over 5 years ago .. having read the reviews I was nervous about asking them to fix the window which was covered by a ten year guarantee! Rick was great he came out the next day and looked at the window and ordered the parts.five days later Rick came and fitted the part which was under warranty. So I was very impressed and relived !

Just a warning to anyone thinking of using this company, please DON'T. We bought windows from them in 2020 and in August of this year the bathroom window handle and the mechanism broke, Rick came to look at it and said he would order the relevant handle and would return within a few days to fit it himself as all his fitters were on holiday. I stressed how important it was to get it fixed ASAP as we were going on holiday the following week. We are still waiting for someone to come to fix it, they ignore all phone calls and emails. How they stay in business treating their customers this way I don't know, it's absolutely disgusting. Once they've had your money they don't want to know about after sales.
