Charged my mum £700 to seal a top cap on a conservatory with some silicone and nudge a pannel back into place. (Please explain what is misrepresented by this statement? This is exactly what was done) Sent a "specialist" around to quote and said it was half a days work. I completly understand quotes aren't exact, but more than 5x longer than the job would take is crazy. Was done in under an hour as reported by the tenants. Called to dispute the charge, no reply for over a year even though i'd called numerous times and was told they'd be in touch. There was no avoidance in paying, a fair, unanswered dispute of over charging an astronomical amount for the work done. No threats have been made on social media or Google, but Google reviews has been used to give a fair review of the company. (To be clear this review has been amended).

My front door handle suddenly came loose and I couldn’t open the door properly. I called Lee and he arrived the same day. He fixed the handle and tightened the latch mechanism
