West End Blind Company

West End Blind Company is a family run business established in 1964. It is a contractor to local authorities, hospitals, schools, colleges and universities. The company specialises in commercial blinds and offers made to measure stylish blinds and shutters for domestic and commercial customers.

It provides blinds for home, business, healthcare or educational provision. Its range includes classic wooden blinds, modern motorised blinds and awnings. It also specialises in cubicle tracking, window films, fly screens, wall protection and anti-ligature blinds. The company uses eco-friendly packaging materials that are recyclable and biodegradable.

Householders furnishing a whole home or replacing blinds across several rooms describe West End Blind Company as a straightforward choice, and the same themes recur across their accounts. Several customers mention the measuring visit, where samples and colour options are brought to the property and a quote is provided on the spot, with Malcolm singled out for helpful, sound advice. Reviewers repeatedly note that ordering is unhurried and that the blinds are manufactured and fitted sooner than expected.

The fitting teams, often described as two younger fitters, are praised for being friendly, polite and respectful, for removing old blinds and brackets, and for leaving rooms clean and furniture returned to its place. Quality of the finished product comes up often, particularly for vertical blinds and shutters fitted to multiple windows, alongside comments that the price felt fair for what was supplied. Communication is described as prompt and personal, with attention to detail noted at every stage, and families returning for further rooms or a second home. The work covered includes measuring, supply and fitting of blinds and shutters throughout a property.
