Extremely happy with our conservatory roof replacement. Karl kept me informed all the time of the steps to complete the work. All the different people involved completed their work very well, friendly and efficient. Thank you
Absolutely brilliant company who I’d recommend all day long. From when we first contacted Karl, to the final touches he was helpful, friendly and professional. He and his team refurbished our very old and manky plastic roofed conservatory which we could hardly use (too hot in summer and freezing in winter) and so, for a very reasonable price, Karl and his team have transformed it into a beautiful solid-roofed room which has increased the size of the downstairs of our home by a third - it’s essentially an extension but without all the rigmarole of PP etc. One word of advice: if Karl makes recommendations, e.g. how many roof lights you might want, listen to him! We wanted more than one roof light as we were worried about the lack of light but he advised one would be enough snd it really is! So glad we listened (esp. with this roasting weather which is only going to increase over the coming years as our planet continues to heat up 😬😟). Thanks again Karl, Simon and Dave. Also really funny friendly fellas which made them being here even better 😎
Fantastic experience from start to finish. The workmen were polite, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. The build quality is top-notch, communication was spot-on, and they made great suggestions we hadn't thought of. They looked after the house, cleaned up daily, and felt completely trustworthy. Our new conservatory/sun room is exactly what we wanted. Highly Recommend.
Karl & his team have done an excellent job replacing our old conservatory roof. They are professional, friendly, punctual & reliable. Very competitive price. We’re really happy with the work, will definitely be using them again & highly recommend!
I just needed to say that the coolest room in the house yesterday (26May26) was our conservatory. We had the roof converted to make the room more energy efficient and it had been so good. We have a full length conservatory on the back of our bungelow and the house faces N/S. We have sun from midday to sunset. It really was a brilliant job.
Great job by Karl and his team! Put a new roof on our conservatory, extremely pleased with the outcome as can now use the room all year round. The guys were polite and respectful and the job was priced very competitively. Would definitely recommend
Karl and team have done an excellent job at replacing my disintegrating plastic conservatory roof. They were prompt, friendly and extremley clean. Communication with Karl was easy and any queries dealt with promptly. I would most definitely recommend Total Refurbs!
