My first attempt at getting a new glass bannister went miserably wrong. It was so bad I actually cried! The finish was awful, it was fitted at completely the wrong height, didn’t meet safety standards and I felt completely let down in my own home. I already had doors booked with Timber Door Merchants and found out they do bannisters too, so in desperation I asked Akeel if he could help. From that moment, everything changed. Akeel was incredible. He genuinely cared, listened to everything that went wrong before, and gave me clear, honest advice without any pressure. His customer service was excellent from start to finish. He made sure the new bannister was the correct height, fully compliant with safety regulations, and fitted to perfection. The difference is night and day. The quality is outstanding, the finish is flawless, and the glass bannister and doors were fitted perfectly. I actually love walking around my house. My guests keep complimenting them too. Akeel didn’t just give me beautiful doors and bannister he restored my faith in tradespeople and made a stressful situation right.
