The Blind Shop

Thank you so much to the wonderful Rob & Mark at The Blind Shop- what a transformation! As I live in a ground floor flat, I had no idea what to do with my front bedroom window to give me more privacy. I called The Blind Shop and they were able to come round the very next day to discuss my options, they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I decided to go for some shutters. They arrived in great time and they fitted them perfectly in no time at all! The whole process was smooth and relaxed and I would recommended them highly to everyone! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

They were okay. If you want a good set of blinds, they're fine for that - but their people skills need work. We found them rude, especially on the phone, on three separate occasions, so they lose three stars. They're lucky we didn't cancel our order.

Absolutely fantastic service. After approaching them for a replacement motor for an automated blind that had been discontinued. They found me a similar model that had previously been used but worked perfectly. They didn't charge me a penny for it and saved me £££. I will definitely use them again in the future!
