Our integrated black out blind inside one shutter had stopped drawing open. It was out of warranty so when we reported it expected to be charged for the repair. They had fixed it within days and didn’t charge us a penny. Top service and friendly too. Highly recommend.

From the first meeting Adam showed his extensive expertise by helping us choose the shutters and design of openings to suit our needs. He even pointed out that not every room needed shutters like bathroom, he wasn’t just here to take our money. He gave us time to reflect on what we chose and was happy for any changes. Always prompt either emails and contact. When the day came for them to be fitted both he and his colleague were professional and very tidy in their work.
