Having taken delivery of a new settee that unfortunately wouldn't fit through my front door I was in panic mode. The delivery men said the only option would be to have the window removed but it was up to me to sort it out. I'm in my 70s, recently out of hospital and live alone so quite a big deal for me. John was really friendly and so helpful when I rang to enquire if he and Simon would do it. As the shop was holding the settee pending a further delivery date John said they would pick it up on the way, remove the window, feed the settee in and replace the window. I could have cried with relief and happiness. The lads arrived bang on time, did the work and even cleaned the window afterwards. Great people, they really went above and beyond what I was expecting. I'd give 10 stars if I could and would highly recommend them.

I contacted John late on Tuesday evening at around 10pm, and by 6am the following morning I had already received a response. He promptly arranged to visit, measured the window, provided a quote, and the installation was completed by Thursday — an exceptional turnaround. The pricing was extremely fair for the work carried out, particularly in a market where trades can sometimes be inconsistent on cost. John was transparent, fixed and clear with his pricing, and carried out the work efficiently and proactively. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for better service and would not hesitate to recommend him.

John replaced a Velux window unit for me, only a small job but he dealt with it in a quick and professional manner. He kept me informed about installation date, turned up on time, and left the house tidy. Highly recommended.
