From the very first enquiry through to final installation, my experience with Adam and the team at Rogers Blinds & Awnings has been absolutely outstanding. Adam was incredibly patient and knowledgeable while helping me choose the perfect materials for my Cosiflor pleated blinds. I never felt rushed or pressured, instead, he took the time to explain all the options in detail and made sure I was completely confident in my choices. The installation of the Somfy electric curtain track and curtains was seamless and carried out with real care and professionalism. What really impressed me, though, was the full integration of the Somfy TaHoma system. The team didn’t just supply it, they made sure everything was set up perfectly and working flawlessly. Now, being able to simply speak to Alexa and have my curtains close feels like a luxury I didn’t know I needed! It’s made such a difference to my day-to-day comfort and convenience. The quality of the products, attention to detail, and level of customer service from start to finish have all been exceptional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Adam and the team to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and genuinely customer-focused service. A true 5-star experience.
Have just had fitted today. Full set off window tints to my conservatory. Cannot fault the service from start to finish. Came out gave a free no obligation quote. They then turned up today on the time stated. Completely satisfied with the service from start to finish. Took pride in their work and left clean. No mess . Would highly recommend them.
I have been to Rogersblinds on 3 seperate occasions and have had lovely blinds fitted. Not the cheapest, but convenient, good choice of swatches and fits perfectly. The fitters are friendly and have done the blinds in bedrooms, landing and kitchen. The one slight annoyance is that Adams's admin organisation could do with improving. They turned up once unexpectedly on a work day, and email replies are slow. I do plan to buy from them again.
We have used Rogers Blinds previously and did not hesitate to contact them again when we moved house. From receiving the quote to the blinds being installed was a very quick process. Everyone I dealt with in the business was friendly and helpful. Thanks!
I just dropped in this afternoon for some advice and assistance with a small wind blind I am trying to repair for my elderly mother in law who has dementia. The 2 guys could not have been more helpful. Both were really keen to help and advise and even gave me the brackets needed to fix the blind and a special tool to do the job. I don’t need blinds at the moment but when I do I’ll be using Rogers!!!
