Just had Polarglaze come round and install brand new windows, replace panes and remove an old internal window. Service was excellent, friendly and on time. Everything as agreed. Really careful, clean and so quick! Great job guys, thank you! Xxx

We had a good initial experience with Jamie who came to provide very helpful advice on door selection and colours. He invited us to the showroom as well and made time to explain the different options. He was brilliant and never pressured us into things we did not want to do and was very practical. However we were shocked at the quality of the installation as you can see in the photos. I called and explained the situation which they then sorted out but we were shocked they left initially as it was. Advice is to really oversee the installation to ensure that it is done to standard. To reiterate this issue subsequently was fixed and to standard but it took some feedback before it was sorted which was surprising.

Recently had 4 large bays replaced by these guys, technical and challenging. This company were outstanding. Highly recommend

From the initial, no-pressure meeting with Jamie to clear communication with Darren about the installation, we couldn’t be happier. The installers did a really careful, high-standard job and our house was left tidy and clean. A very minor issue was sorted no questions asked within a day or two of us mentioning it. The quality of the doors and windows is very high. The cost was lower than I expected, with no high pressure salesmanship. We very strongly recommend them.

We bought a house where Polarglaze windows and doors had been fitted throughout the property a few years before we moved in. So we didn't *choose* them ourselves, but I have to say that we've been delighted, both with the product - everything works really well - and with the excellent service we've always had from the company on the relatively rare occasions we've dealt with them since. I would certainly go to them in the future if we ever needed something new.
