P & K Lacey (Southampton) Ltd

This is my second time using this company and From start to finish you couldn’t ask for a better service the fitters are spot on they’ve left my property surprisingly spotless their workmanship is impressive to say the least very nicely done 👌everything works perfectly and sealed up perfectly The new windows and doors have transformed my property definitely money well spent Scott the estimator was easy to work with and very knowledgeable

Great service received from you guys yesterday New door has been installed perfectly, the quality is excellent, the gentleman did the job was absolutely fantastic in all details. I definitely recommend your company to everyone Max

Excellent no-nonsense company. Surveyor was very polite and there was no attempt to upsell, just to quote for what I wanted. Very fairly priced although I didn’t end up using them in the end. Would recommend all the same

Delighted to have the P&K Lacey team onboard as one of our installer partners in the UK. We have been successfully working with them over these past few years and look forward to a brilliant continued partnership.

So helpful. My 83 year old mum with memory problems, had an issue yesterday where her patio door came off its runners. She couldn't close the door to her conservatory. Very helpful and friendly receptionist arranged a visit for someone to call. Problem sorted. Really appreciate this. Angela, thank you so much and thank you to Alan. Your kindness is much appreciated. Thank you all so much.

I highly recommend this firm. I had replacement windows and front door, eventually opting for triple glazed. From my first contact with them to the final installation every department was friendly, courteous and professional. Scott was helpful and patient with my decision making. The office staff were polite and efficient. The fitters were thorough, extremely clean and even fixed my soffit!

Excellent workmanship - the two fitters were extremely professional / friendly and keen to ensure the work was carried out to my specification. Great communication and support throughout from the back of house admin team . Excellent job - really pleased with the result.
