Northern Trade Windows

Highly recommend NTW - professional service and high quality windows and doors done to a high standard. Brad and Steve were top notch - amazing work.

Excellent and efficient service - thank you Joe for turning things around so quickly for us. Really happy with the quality of window & service - will be back in touch to order some more!

Very happy with the porch northern trade windows supplied and fitted for me. They went the extra mile to make me happy with the final finish. Easy to communicate with. They offer a finance option to spread payments which other windows places don't . It is a good option for customers and makes more affordable. Will use again in the future.

I rarely leave online reviews, but our experience with NTW is by far the worst I have experienced with any company. We had two bay windows installed in 2023. The windows have been fine, but everything else has been atrocious. The workmen smashed the old window in our bedroom while removing it. This embedded hundreds of tiny shards in the carpet, and they left without clearing it up. It cut open my foot when I walked in and sliced my dog's paw. I raised this complaint with NTW (amongst other issues including marked walls and me having to re-caulk the windows) and requested a 5% reduction in price. The managing director was sarcastic and rude, accusing me of extortion and accepting zero responsibility for what happened. He also implied that I had somehow faked images of glass shards in my foot for the sake of a 5% discount - both ridiculous and insulting. They eventually agreed to the 5% discount but have since refused to give me the guarantee - a breach of their own contract. I have phoned them on more than 15 occasions over the space of 18 months, sent numerous emails and always just been brushed off with 'we'll get back to you', often in a rude manner. They now just ignore my calls completely. Clearly, once they have your money, they don't care at all about their customers. In summary: - don't assume you will get a guarantee, even if they say you will - don't expect professionalism Avoid this company - you'll find much better customer service almost anywhere else.

We've just had a porch built by Northern Trade Windows. We are delighted with the result. Mark and his team were the fitters, they were amazing, cannot recommend them enough. They were friendly, hardworking & professional. Everything was left clean & tidy. John who laid the foundations also did a brilliant job.

A local professional highly recommended window & door company . These guys are very highly trained skilled fitters who do an excellent job. Fast clean quality work .

We had our front door replaced by NTW. Customer Service is great, from recommendations during sales to handling of complaints. We had to wait 5 weeks for our door which is fine. After installation there unfortunately have been a few issues with the workmanship on the framework. Some chips and marks that shouldn't be left when we pay that much money. After emailing them they came back as soon as possible, acknowledged that things shouldn't have been left the way they did and rectified all the issues. Over the moon with our door and will probably use them again for new windows when we can afford it. 4 out of 5 stars because of the minor issues after installation
