Trade customers and homeowners commissioning extensions, roofing supplies and garden structures in Liverpool describe NextGen Fabrications as a dependable supplier whose service holds up from the initial quote through to delivery. Several reviewers frequently point to that materials arrive on schedule and complete, and that when extra items are needed to finish a job, they are dispatched with urgency rather than delay. The range of work covered in feedback includes a gable roof, an aluminium roof lantern and an orangery warm roof, all reported as looking impressive once fitted.

Communication is a point that comes up often: staff are described as helpful and willing to go out of their way to ensure the right specification is supplied, with the owner named by reviewers as personally involved in getting orders right. Delivery drivers earn particular praise for being friendly and professional, and one customer notes that a driver could not have done more. Pricing on the roof lantern is described as fair, and the speed with which orders are sorted and smoothly processed is highlighted. Reviewers state they would return for future extension and roofing projects and would suggest the firm to people they know.
