More 4 Doors

Great experience dealing with More4Door on my recent first order with the company. I had ordered the "Connaught" Matt Black door handle. There was a small delay due to a new batch being fabricated (the product is finished by hand). The company very swiftly responded to my query about timing and were extremely polite and professional in response. They were very efficient replying via email and I didn't feel the need to call anybody so can't speak for telephone related customer care. Upon delivery and inspection there was a small imperfection that I was not happy with however this was very quickly rectified and a replacement provided. The final product is of a high standard and we are very pleased with the quality and feel of it. Initially I will say I was slightly nervous ordering on line given we could not see and feel the physical product however I would have no issues recomending More4Doors to others and we will be back at some point when we require additional items for the house. Thanks to Craig and team for great customer service experience throughout - hugely appreciated!

We have placed 2 orders with More 4 Doors now. The item we ordered wasn't in stock and we got a very quick response to confirm this from Craig. We were given the option to upgrade and the handles are amazing quality. I would definitely order from here again if needed. And the delivery was earlier than expected too.

Posting on behalf of Anya L: The door handles I ordered went out of stock after placing my order, the staff at More4Doors got in touch to let me know and offered a free upgrade on my door handles. They went out of their way to send premium handle style options that were similar to the original ones I ordered and gave me plenty choice. Really appreciated this as I'm extremely happy with the handles I chose. Once I let them know which handles I wanted, they were shipped out promptly, ready for work to start in my house. Great communication and customer service, nothing is too much hassle for them.

I emailed the business as I needed the order sooner than i expected, luckily they offer skip the queue service! Craig emailed me back straightaway and sorted within an hour, my order was shipped the same day and I got it the next day. They arrived well packed and they left me a snack! Amazing communication and service, door handles qualities are great, and I love how they offered the pack choice so everything is matching, saved me so much work! I was doing a lot of researches as I want to get the pack of handles and hinges etc, but all the business out there has bad reviews on different services, glad I found More 4 Doors that have good reviews and good communication!

First time ordering and very impressed with customer service. My order was despatched quickly but the courier lost the parcel. My email was responded to almost immediately (over the weekend) and Craig sent a replacement which arrived the next day. I order A LOT online and constantly have to chase deliveries. So many companies couldn’t care less once they’ve taken payment. More4Doors response went above and beyond - easy to contact, friendly and efficient and most importantly I got my order!

What a lovely company to deal with! I ordered beautiful brass door handles. They are absolutely stunning and of the highest quality. Despite there being a slight delay with the roses for the handles Craig at More4Doors has been super responsive in keeping me up to date. Through no fault of their own they were let down with supply, however done everything to keep me updated and I received the roses as soon as possible. Would definitely use the company again for any future orders. Thanks Craig!

I hadn't read the reviews of this company before placing my order. But now I have I can easily understand why they get such good feedback. Not that you'd think so from the website, this is a small independent family business. When I contacted them after placing my order, Craig came back straight away and provided a solution to expedite shipping. Rather than the 'computer says no' response I was expecting, the goods arrived next day. The quality of the products (Matt black hardware) is really high and I'm looking forward to seeing them fitted. I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again. Great price, great catalogue, great quality, fast delivery and great service. What else do you need?
