I asked these for a price to replace the glass in a window on my house and I'm still waiting for them to get back to me that was nearly two weeks ago customer service very poor so looking for another company now

Poor customer service. Cancelled door fitting twice this time the day before fitting. AVOID this company.

From the first day I spoke to a lady on the phone to place my order to the moment when the fitter left my house, I have had nothing but an exceptional service, I absolutely love my new door too, looks superb and feels very secure.
