Glass Replacements Ltd

Glass Replacements Ltd is a family-owned glazier and glass repair business established in 1968. It was founded by Alan Gibson and Andrew Barfield. In 1997, ownership passed to Alan Gibson's three sons: Owen, Neil, and Ashley. The company specialises in manufacturing and supplying double-glazed units, bespoke glass splashbacks, and heritage double glazing.

It provides glazing maintenance services for Coventry City Council Homes and offers same-day glazing repairs. It undertakes commercial and domestic work, insurance work, shop fronts, and schools. Its service area includes Coventry, Warwickshire, and the West Midlands.

Householders and businesses bringing bespoke glazing projects to this Coventry specialist consistently highlight how quickly orders are produced and how carefully they are finished. Various customers describe commissioning coloured kitchen splashbacks, glazed units, mirrors, whiteboards and replacement table tops, with one glazed unit ready for collection within the hour and a splashback measured and fitted inside a fortnight. Reviewers repeatedly mention punctuality, noting that fitters arrive when promised, work efficiently and leave areas tidy, and position glass accurately on bases and within existing frames.

The helpfulness of the team is a point that comes up often, with Neil, Owen, Ashley and Dave named for their knowledge, patience and friendly approach, particularly when guiding customers through the options for a replacement table top or splashback. Craftsmanship draws praise across varied jobs, from three bespoke whiteboards supplied for an office refurbishment to replacement glass fitted into a window, and customers consider the pricing fair enough that one travels from Rugby to collect in person. Problems, where they arise, are handled without fuss.
