Focus Windows & Doors Ltd

Focus Windows & Doors Ltd is a family-run window and door installation business based in Liverpool. The company has over 30 years of experience in the trade and is FENSA registered, GQA Accredited and CERTASS Accredited. It serves homeowners, landlords, councils and housing associations across Liverpool.

Focus Windows & Doors Ltd offers a bespoke window installation service in Liverpool and across the Merseyside area. The company supplies and installs uPVC double-glazed windows and high-security doors, and supplies Rockdoor composite doors. Its products come with high security locks.

Replacement doors and windows are the mainstay of the work that customers describe, with composite front doors, patio doors, bay windows and full-house installations all featuring in accounts of completed jobs. Several reviewers highlight the quality of the finished result, noting meticulous attention to detail and workmanship that stands up to close inspection, including one installation completed in heavy rain over six hours.

Punctuality and reliability come through strongly, with teams described as prompt, efficient and hard-working from arrival to completion. An aspect raised across a number of reviews is the standard of communication, as customers recall being kept informed throughout the work and receiving clear advice when choosing styles and finishes. Tidiness is repeatedly praised, with work areas left clean and paintwork unmarked.

Named staff, particularly Mike, Mick, Michael and Natalie, are regularly singled out for their friendly and courteous manner, and reviewers also note that unexpected problems, such as difficult brickwork, were resolved without fuss. Competitive pricing and a willingness to accommodate changes are mentioned alongside the professional approach. The recurring theme is a company that listens to what customers want and delivers a polished result, whether fitting a single bedroom window or supplying doors and windows across an entire property in Liverpool.
