Called Fast Repair Newcastle with a issue at 13:00, asked for photos of the window and talked through issue on the phone… His knowledge was very impressive to say the least, and told me he would be at the address for 16:00 prompt arrival. Rang at 17:50 on valentines night in a panic that I couldn’t close my window, sent a picture got an instant quote. Within 30 minutes he arrived and by 19:00 the repair was done, cleaned the window and offered to hoover too. Absolutely outstanding service, quick reliable nice lads, treated me and my property with respect. Would highly recommend.
