New windows and door installed almost 3 years ago in a tricky old building, bespoke windows required, excellent service by friendly installers, one slight mismeasurement leading to a delay in final fix but no quibble and property remains watertight and secure whilst waiting new frame from factory. Recent hit weather caused slight jamming of front door but great response from company engineer attended and took a few minutes to make adjustments required, no charge. Would recommend them for Ipswich. Felixstowe Woodbridge etc.

John did very good job of the installation of door and window. Cleaned the door. He explained all what was going to happen and what he was going to do. Very happy thank you

We absolutely love the cladding that has been installed on our house . It looks absolutely stunning and really complements the new windows these guys did earlier in the year! The team have done a fabulous job as always! So pleased with how this looks!

John and Billy came to install a side garage door today. They arrived promptly and were friendly and polite. They checked the details of the installation with me and got to work. They put down dust sheets and cleaned up afterwards to a good standard. The door is great, is well-fitted and was cleaned before departure. It was a pleasure to have them come to our property and for this much needed door and we’d highly recommend Falcon to anyone and would use them again.

My new front door was fitted much quicker than I expected and it looks great. The men that fitted it checked and explained things as they were doing the work, were friendly and cleared up afterwards. They also mended a cloakroom window. The service was excellent.
