Decorative Glass & Glazing Co Ltd

Replacement of double glazing units, full window and door installations, and repairs to existing glazing form the core of the work described by customers of this Cardiff-based glazier. Several reviewers highlight the quality of the finished result, noting that new windows and doors were fitted well and that repaired units have made homes noticeably warmer and less draughty. Reliability and punctuality come up repeatedly: installers are described as turning up when agreed, keeping to promised timescales and working with a minimum of fuss. Fair, competitive pricing is another recurring theme, with customers considering the cost reasonable for the standard of work delivered.

Communication is praised, particularly the help and prompt responses provided by Jess in the office, while Stuart is credited with the craftsmanship behind the products. Reviewers also mention pleasant, polite and professional installers who left the work tidy. The range of jobs covered in the feedback includes replacement double glazing units, complete window replacements, three-door installations and general repairs to windows and doors. Customers describe returning to the firm for further work and note that staff handled everything from initial enquiries through to completion without trouble.
