Cloudy2Clear Windows Northampton & Oxford

The installer refused to add the black seal to the window and left it with an inch gap on both sides at the bottom after replacing a cloudy double glazed unit. I queried it and was told it was manufactured like that which I find very hard to believe. Apparently the only resolution was black silicone which has been applied without a neat finish. (There’s tools available but they don’t appear to have one). The installer sent to “fix” the issue was also rude to my tenant. I was happy with previous jobs but this has made me look elsewhere for future glazing jobs on my properties.

The Northampton company is terrible. The staff are rude and want to rush jobs. Don't ever think the 25 year guarantee is worth it as they will try everything to avoid your new glass being covered by it and then make out they never received emails. Budget company that can only do basic tasks and very untrustworthy is how I would describe my experience with them. In my opinion avoid using, pay a bit more and go somewhere else.

Trevor and the fitter, Dan, are amazing. I am super happy with the quality of their work. My bathroom door required both hinges to be replaced, and all the UPVC doors and windows needed to be adjusted and checked. Very happy with my experience at cloudy2clear windows sent an email in with photo of my window repair Received a quotation within 24 hours with a very reasonable price for the work approved work, confirmed date Fitters turned up, wore shoe protectors to keep my carpet clean, very courteous and friendly. Carried out the repair and answered any further questions i had and made the experience very smooth and care free. Would highly recommend using this company to friends and family.

Contacted cloudy2clear a few weeks back, a pleasant guy came and gave me a quote. Said yes straight away . Yesterday the same same guy (sorry don't know his name), came and replaced the window in about 20mins. Very quick and no mess even wore shoe covers when he was inside. Definitely would recommend even get a 25 year guarantee. Very happy.

Booked an appointment for them to quote. My partner finished work at 3 to get home to meet the person carrying out the quote. She had emailed conformation of this, they advised if they arrived early they could start quoting for the outside parts and would wait for my partner to arrive to quote the inside things. They turned up early at 13:30 then just posted a card to say no one was home, which they were already aware of. I was very disappointed with this as they knew they were supposed to meeting my partner and she told them she would be there at 15:00. To arrive at 13:30 is not even close to the time they should have been there. They didn't say we can come back later when you're home to do the inside parts. A terrible experience from start to finish.

Some weeks ago I invited Cloudy 2Clear to give me an estimate for two windows in two different rooms to be replaced. The rep. who came was efficient , pleasant and soon had it measured and left a quote. I had another firm to give a price for the same windows. They were double the price. I originally asked Cloudy 2 clear to come, as a friend had used them and said how good they were .Today was fitting day. The fitter arrived ,again very efficient and pleasant. Both windows done in about 15 minutes and they look so clear. It is amazing. I would certainly use them again and recommend them. They are also guaranteed 25 years.. Excellent work and a very happy customer.
