Blinds With Style

I contacted them to ask for a quote for a motorised blind and clearly explained that my window is high. As soon as I mentioned that the top of the window is 4.3 metres from the floor, they simply replied that it was “too high” and showed no interest in helping. Although I understand they may not want or be able to do the job, they could at least have suggested possible solutions, such as asking me to provide a suitable ladder or discussing other installation options. Very poor customer service and disappointing communication.

From the initial contact with getting in touch for advice, measurements and to installation, the whole process was with ease, highly professional and just fantastic. It felt like having an old friend in the house to take advice from regarding which styles were better suited and during the fitting. Jon is very professional, friendly and impeccable with every aspect of his work. He brought a long all his samples and allowed us to look through in our own time whilst he measured the rooms. He is very clean, tidy and efficient when he is working which is just a dream. We had the virtually every room fitted with blinds and the main rooms we had venetian faux wooden blinds which look absolutely stunning in every room. I can't recommend Jon - Blinds with Style enough for blinds and his professionalism.
