Aurora Glazed Rooms

Thanks Aurora for the excellent job you did on our front sun room. It has taken away the feeling of too much red brick and given it a complete new image. Your service was excellent from the first contact to completion. Andrew arrived promptly and accessed the room. He came up with some impressive suggestions that would make a big difference. The images of the suggested work were sent to us within a day. We agreed with one and Andrew did the initial measurements to work out a price. Once we agreed with the price, Matthew came to do a detailed measurement to fit the room exactly as we wanted it. The materials ordered and the work was started about 10 days later. The fitters did a very careful and precise job. It all fitted exactly as we wanted. Next, a plasterer arrived to tidy up round the brick work. 2 days later, fitters came back to complete the whole job. Matthew came several times during and after the work to see if it was going according to plan. We are very happy with the result and especially with the short notice order to fit in with a family problem we were having. Thanks again Aouroa. The pictures show before and after.

We were impressed! The company provide everything you need from beginning to end…initial tech drawings through to building regs and planning permission (if needed). The admin staff and all the builders gave us a feeling of trust. When you are spending large amounts of money on your home if you have trust you can relax a little and have some confidence. Everyone turned up when they were supposed to and all were hard working, courteous, friendly and competent. Communication at all times was good. I would highly recommend Aurora Glazed Rooms.

After much deliberation I chose Aurora because, unlike some other conservatory providers, nothing was too much trouble. Workmanship was brilliant. No days breaks waiting for diffetent tradesmen, they just got on with it. All organised. Extremely helpful with design etc. All technical drawings etc were given to me for my deeds. Very professional. Thanks to Andrew. The building team Paul and Richard, backed up by Matthew, were superb and didn't even mind my little puppy saying hello each morning. All my friends are delighted with the end result as am I. However, I think the most important thing from my point of view is that my lovely garden room looks like it's been here forever. Thank you all. Highly recommend.

Had our beautiful conservatory built in 2022 and it has been my 'happy place' ever since. Last week I noticed that one of the glazing bars had come loose. I contacted Andrew at Aurora, who answered me very promptly. Yesterday Matthew came out to repair the glazing bar and checked the others over whilst he was there. I couldn't fault the service when it was constructed in 2022, but now I have reveived prompt, friendly, excellent after care too! Thank you Aurora team.

We were really pleased with what Aurora did for us in replacing our conservatory sides and roof. Having had several companies round to talk to us, Andrew from Aurora was the only one who came up with positive suggestions to help us keep to our budget. Communication was excellent throughout. Andrew kept us up to date on what was going on and when. The workmen arrived when they said they would, they were pleasant and cleaned up the site. They came every day and the project ran to timescale. There was a problem with one of the glass panel (not Aurora's fault) but Aurora ensured this was swiftly remedied. We would have no hesitation in recommending Aurora to anyone.

Andrew Smith was first class. Very helpful and interpreted our brief brilliantly. The design that he did was really great and the way it was presented helped us to really visualize what we were going to get. I'm sure if we had progressed with Aurora the service would have continued and it would have been a fantastic result but the price of the Garden Room was just too much of a stretch on the budget so more saving is required on our part. Thank you for your effort.
