Apc home improvements

For a friend : Objective note: We hired Apc home improvements in September 2024, it has since been bought over by a new owner. However, as well as buying Apc's facilities etc, they also bought Apc's brand/reputation which includes the substandard service that we are continuing to pay off, and which we are also looking to have repaired or replaced. We hired this company to replace our conservatory roof; paid in full, up front, with a loan that we're still paying off. The business owner (Philip) was one of the nicest people you will meet; I now realise it was a classic case of a con-artist sycophant. When the work was getting done, it was two young boys who were sent out. ❌The boys would show up late everyday. ❌They didn't bother to put a cover over the conservatory when they removed the roof (before replacing it the next day), so conservatory was flooded with rain overnight. SINCE THE PROJECT WAS FINISHED: ❌There have been leaks and damp patches. The owner sent someone out to drill little vents in the side and advised us to buy and use a dehumidifier; neither of which worked❌ ❌When we continued to try to get help from the owner he became unreachable. ❌The conservatory is now getting flooded with brown water that has made its way through the ceiling and we are told that we have "no warranty as the business has been sold". Reply to current owners response: this review is very real, we had the work done in September 2024, the previous owner (Philip) kept fobbing us off when we were asking him to fix this. Since then he has sold the business and you have said the warranty for the company's work is not with you; leaving us with a leaking roof which is less than 18 months old.

APC Home Improvements recently completed a garage conversion for us, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with professionalism and efficiency. Stevie and his team did an outstanding job, delivering work of a high standard. The addition of the archway was a particularly nice touch. The team were polite, respectful, and a genuine pleasure to deal with throughout the project. The work was completed promptly without compromising on quality, which we greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend APC Home Improvements to anyone considering similar work. A reliable, skilled, and professional team

So glad we chose APC to do our garage conversion. They did everything we asked for, exactly the way we wanted it and nothing was a hassle for them. Job was completed in a week. All members of the team were so friendly, gave great attention to detail, excellent workmanship and we are so happy with the finished article. Would recommend them to anyone thinking of getting work done on their home.

Garage conversion carried out by APC . Stevie and his team did a great job and were always well mannered and approachable . Would recommend them to anyone considering a similar job .

APC Home Improvements have just completed our conservatory roof conversion and I would recommend them 100%. Having had the conservatory for approx 20 years and only been able to use it for a few months each year due to it being either too hot or too cold we decided to get the roof converted to an insulated/tiled roof. APC Home Improvements online quote system gave the exact price for this conversion, which we felt was extremely reasonable. From my initial contact with the company to the completion of the job everything was 1st class. The guy’s who came out to complete the job were really polite, hardworking (never seemed to stop!) and took pride in the job that they have done. The conversion has been completed to a very high standard and the conservatory looks like new!

Excellent job done on my conservatory redo. Phillip came out to see us and helped advise what's best to do and also listened to our own plans. The guys came sharp every day and explained exactly what was getting done worked clean and tidy. Any issues were dealt with promptly. We are very happy with the end product. Can't thank the guys enough

My partner and I cannot recommend APC highly enough. Again Philip and his team were first class. They built our sun room to exceed our expectations. Their attention to detail and workmanship was of the highest standard. We will definitely use them again for future projects
