Abbey Windows

Abbey Windows Leicester just finished my UPVC Irish Oak bay window, great service with design solutions and suggestions from sales staff to suit my budget, competitive pricing, easy process, showroom to view all colours and ironmongery. Fitter worked all day to install, listened to how I wanted the trims done, completed as requested. I cannot fault Abbey Windows Leicester, they are an excellent company.

The saviour that is Abbey Windows After a disastrous experience with Needham's Windows, who supplied appalling products and horrendous customer service I decided to call the company that had done all of the glazing, doors and conservatory at my previous property some 30 years ago, never thinking they would be still in business or indeed would travel to Coalville. To my surprise, not only were they still about, but, when I called, the same salesman was with the company. I asked them to visit, and Anthony came out, the same man, the same banter, the same excellent customer service, I immediately felt at ease after being burned by Needham's, Jason, the owner, and Rob, the fitter came out and measured with extraordinary precision. Abbey have now replaced the rubbish supplied by Needham's with a far superior product a "Solidor" composite front door with side lights and arched top light, and have managed to relieve all the stress and tension that Needham's put me through. In summary, Abbey windows, particularly, Anthony, Jason and Rob have been my saviours, I now have a superb quality front entrance door, installed with precision and amazing attention to detail in the fitting and have had the pleasure of amazing customer interaction throughout the entire experience. Never again will I even consider any other window company, Abbey stand out head and shoulders above the rest. I cannot find the words to more express my gratitude for the people at Abbey Windows or for the "Solidor" product. DO NOT LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE, ABBEY WINDOWS ARE THE ONLY OPTION FOR ALL GLAZING HOME IMPROVEMENTS, AND YES I AM A GENUINE CUSTOMER.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish had windows and doors done 3 months ago had them install our new conservatory last week wonderful job Good quality tradesman tidy work our conservatory is now a wow gives us so much light windows and doors fitted to high standard highly recommend and all at a reasonable price don’t get ripped off give these guys a call will definitely be using them again and recommend them to friends etc

I’m very happy with abbey windows supplying and fitting my french doors and back windows they did an amazing job and for very good price. Quick and easy process, left no mess and lovely people. Extremely happy!

Rob did a great job of removing old french doors and front door and replacing them with new. The new french doors and front door are of a better quality than those removed.

We had are bifold door installed by abbey and the overall experience was easy from quote to the finished product, Rob was very tidy in the installation side and the office kept informed through out the process would highly recommend.
